This project consisted of the removal of a hazardous tree that was found to have extensive basal decay, compromising its structural integrity and posing a significant risk to the surrounding area. Due to the advanced level of decay at the base, the tree was considered unstable and could have failed unexpectedly, particularly during high winds or storms. Because the tree was located in close proximity to several properties and other valuable structures, great care had to be taken during the removal process. The tree was carefully rigged down in sections using advanced climbing and lowering techniques to prevent any damage to the surrounding buildings, fences, and landscaped areas. This method allowed us to maintain full control over each part of the removal, ensuring a safe and efficient outcome while minimizing disruption to the property owners.
