It's always a pleasure to see how new stone can transform a sitting area. We dig up all the old stone and levelled off with aggregate. Then we began laying the India Stone in a classic pattern. As you can see, it takes a lot of skill and a good eye to make a great looking pattern with this stone. The effort is well worth it though, transforming this space in to a modern garden space. To finish the patio we added in a brick wall with pillars to contain the borders and offset the Indian Stone.
